Arthur is best known for his time at Runcorn FC, a goalkeeper who was loaned to Ewen Fields in 92/93 but then signed permanantly by Mike McKenzie in 1994. Was coming to the end of his career in this spell but his antics in the goal mouth and considerable ability made him a fond crowd favourite.
