Gutsy midfielder who signed for his home town team in the summer of 2006 having played in the conference for Southport. Appeared on Match of the Day whilst playing for the Sandgrounders, scoring a great goal in the FA Cup against Notts County. Before that he played at Stalybridge Celtic and Glossop North End. Started out playing for Newton Youth on Victoria Street!!
